She is extremely energetic and passionate; yet took all the time needed to educate me on the house-buying process, the market, trends, and even things outside her field such as finding good financiers, inspectors, and lawyers. My wife and I needed a new home quickly, and I firmly believe that Victoria found us the best house for our budget in the market at that time. When we decided it was time to enlarge our existing Florida space, we consulted with a neighbor who recommended Victoria as the "go to realtor" for sourcing high end homes in the exclusive gated community we targeted. Within 2 days of this initial contact, she had received a "heads up" on a property that was being renovated for listing. We toured the property and were given an opportunity to purchase before renovations and listing; however, we decided we wanted to move to a different community more in line with our lifestyle.
